Return Policy

The following return policy applies only to purchases made on the Toypaws US website and does not apply to purchases made on Toypaws in other countries. If you are searching for a country other than the US, please click here to find your country.

30-Day Returns

We stand behind every product we design and sell. If you change your mind, require a different size, or the product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it here for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase (with some exceptions listed below):

All items you choose to return or exchange must:

Been purchased from toypaws.store within 30 days

Be unused and in new condition with all tags attached

Be in the original packaging

Exceptions to our return policy:

Safety and life-saving equipment are not returnable. Safety equipment includes, but is not limited to, helmets, life jackets, and climbing gear.

Underwear/boxers

Clearance and final sale items are not returnable.

Gift cards are not returnable.

Free Returns

All non-clearance items are eligible for free returns, with the exception of some bulky items, such as bicycles, which are not eligible for free returns unless otherwise stated on the product page (details below).

Items eligible for free returns will be listed on the corresponding product page and will be labeled with a free return label, as shown below:

Please note: Original shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item). If your order did not qualify for free shipping at the time of purchase, the return will not be refunded.

Used Products

Products that have been used (even lightly used), soiled, or damaged from improper handling/use will not be accepted for return and will be returned to you at your expense or donated.
