To Whom We Disclose Personal Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information to any third parties. However, from time to time, we may disclose personal information to third parties, as follows:
Business Partners - We may partner with other companies ("Business Partners") to launch certain promotions, co-sponsor and promote such promotions, and develop sub-sites or stand-alone websites for use in connection with the promotions. If you decide to participate in one of these promotions, Toypaws and the participating Business Partner will jointly collect personal information collected from the relevant sub-site. We will use this information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and our Business Partner will use this information in accordance with its own privacy policy. Defending or Enforcing Our Rights - We may use or disclose personal information to protect Decathlon or the Website, to establish or exercise our legal rights, to respond to violations of our Website Terms of Use, when we believe it is necessary to protect the property and rights of Toypaws or third parties, the safety of our company, our customers, or others, or to investigate, prevent, take action, or stop any fraudulent, illegal, unethical, or legally actionable activity related to our Website, other products, Decathlon Website Terms of Use, or other agreements.
Business Transfers - If some or all of Toypaws' assets are acquired by or merged with another entity, or in the event of bankruptcy, we may disclose or transfer some or all of your personal information to that entity during the preparation for, during the due diligence process, or after the transaction is completed so that the successor entity can continue to provide our services to you. If the personal information practices of the recipient of your personal information are inconsistent with the substance of this Privacy Policy, you will be given the opportunity to refuse to continue using the Website.
Complying with Laws and Third-Party Requests - Toypaws cooperates with government, law enforcement, or private parties to enforce and comply with laws. We may disclose any of your information to government, law enforcement, or private parties as we reasonably believe necessary or appropriate to respond to and defend against legal claims, respond to legal process (including a valid subpoena, warrant, court order, or other legal process), or as otherwise required by law. Please note that we may not be able to notify you of such requests for information disclosure because doing so may be prohibited by law, would jeopardize an investigation into illegal or fraudulent activity, or because we do not have your contact information.

Other cookies collect information about how users use our website, such as which pages they visit most often or how long they stay on a particular page.
Finally, other cookies are used to collect information about your interests in our products so that we can display advertisements for those products on other websites you visit. This way, when you visit other websites that display advertisements, the ads you see are more relevant to you.
